Petgood was founded by Pernilla together with co-founder Thomas and veterinarian Nicky. In 2020 we became the first company in the Nordics to launch insect-based food - a food with dogs' and cats' health as the top priority, while also having a low climate impact. How does a subscription work?
You don't have to remember to order food. The subscription gives you 15 % off all deliveries, free shipping within Sweden over SEK 600, delivery every month, every other month or every third month, the option to always make changes and no lock-in period - pause, skip or cancel whenever you like.
What is the lock-in period?
None at all. You can cancel whenever you like, change the delivery schedule or skip a delivery if you have plenty of food at home.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your personal referral link. When a friend signs up for a subscription, you both get 5 % off. 20 friends = 100 % discount.
What applies to shipping?
Free shipping in Sweden on orders over SEK 600, and in Denmark and Finland over EUR 50. For other countries a shipping fee from EUR 10 applies on one-time purchases, regardless of order value - but as a subscriber you get free shipping there too, over SEK 600/EUR 50. As a subscriber you get home delivery straight to your door (via Airmee or Early Bird where possible); only in exceptional cases is delivery made to a pickup point. Tip: choose delivery every other or every third month to reach free shipping.
How do I change my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to Subscriptions. There you can adjust the contents and delivery interval. You can also email help@petgood.com.
Do you have a taste guarantee?

Which payment methods can I use?

How long is the delivery time?
1-4 days within Sweden and 2-6 days within the rest of the EU.
