Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened packaging in new condition. For returns, you pay the return shipping and we deduct SEK 69 from the refund. We refund via the same payment method as soon as we have received the item. We also offer a taste guarantee on our dry food - if your best friend doesn't like the food, we'll help you.
